Guest Bathroom Remodel

Dated Coral to Modern Blue

This project is an update to a guest bathroom that is stuck in the early 90’s. From the linoleum floors to the light peach shower, everything needs an update. The layout will stay the same, but all of the elements will get a facelift to bring it to current century while still maintaining a timeless feel.

The color palette of the new bathroom will be a modern and crisp shades of blue and gray. The star of the bathroom will be a stunning cobalt blue vanity with both a cabinet and drawers to maximize storage. The hardware will be chrome to give some dimension and play off the glass tile in the shower.

  2. Faucet: Kohler

  3. Countertop: HanStone Quartz in Tranquility

The Design

The shower wall tile will be the same style that is in the master bath, but in a beautiful blue color with gray undertones to keep the entire house feeling cohesive. A niche will be built into the walls featuring a mosaic glass tile picking up on both the blue and gray tones throughout the bathroom. The floor tile will be a light gray in a 12” x 24” tile for a simple, clean look in the small space.
